3. Working principle
The temperature and humidity sensor includes a capacitive polymer humidity sensing element, a temperature measuring element made of bandgap material, and seamlessly connected to a 14 bit A/D converter and serial interface circuit on the same chip. Each sensor chip is calibrated in an extremely humid chamber, and the calibration coefficients are stored in OTP memory in program form for internal signal calibration.
